You might find you have pressure coming from your parents to either parent or to place the baby for adoption. The truth is, you can make the decision and the choice is yours and the birth mother’s, not your parents. It’s good to have their support but you were man enough to have a child so you’re going to need to be man enough to make the right decision for your child. You can still respect them and listen to them, but the final decision is between you and the birth mother. They have no legal right to make you choose one or the other what is right for you and your child.
